Frozen Vision
Annie Wildwood

A brokerage leader in
global investments banking,
securities trading,
laid out his vision
in such a lively  way
for PBS watchers.
He would like to see
all the world
invest their money
in the U.S. where it’s safe
for there are so many
hot-disturbances
in other places.
Reflection:
Like the war on terror,
the “safe”
could last indefinitely,
money perpetuating itself
ad nauseum
so dry
so paper
so needing oil
so irradiated.
So lacking light
the tanks
and guns
and missiles
and blackhawks
and figthter planes
and bombs
and mines
and all manner of poisons
and tortures
of safe money.
So minus beauty
so frozen, the vision.
