The energy is there
  waiting
  to be used.
It is inside her,
  it is inside him,
  it is inside you.
Of course
  you can deny it,
can make it your business
to bury it
or poison it
or pinch it in
  with flat-faced hard-edged dams
or use its sweet power
  to drive markets
or waste it on countless other
  EarthandSelf destructive
  forms of stupidity.
Or
  you can open yourself
  to its flow
  and invite everyone in
  for a drink and a swim.
So, here’s to the ocean
  of eternal delight
and let that be
  the bubbling soup
we share.
